KHAZAI Rug Cleaning is aware of the health risks that we all face in this uneasy time. Know that the Khazai family wants to help you and your family stay as safe as possible. To do this, KHAZAI Rug Cleaning is offering FREE Contactless pick-up and delivery. You have the options of leaving your rug(s) outside. Or let out staff perform our limited time “Blue Glove Service” – our CORONAVIRUS-SAFE pick-up/delivery using personal protective equipment (PPE) of masks, gloves, and shoe covers.

We will be offering an ADDITIONAL 30% OFF for those who book a cleaning before April 4, 2020. With all of the uncertainty of COVID-19 and the health risks it poses, it’s incredibly important to act fast to ensure your carpet is SANITIZED and CLEAN.

We will:

  • Provide Contact-less pick-up
  • Clean / Sanitize your rug
  • Drop-off your rug either at your door or place your rug for you
  • Use personal protection equipment (PPE)



Everything you need to know about our delivery and pickup process/experience during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

Here at Khazai Rug’s/Cleaning we take your safety as well as our employees very seriously during this time of crisis. We still strive to provide exceptional customer satisfaction when cleaning your rug and that will not change even with uncertainty regarding COVID-19. But, with that being said we would like to outline the steps and precautions we are taking to keep everyone safe!

Social Distancing (Contactless Delivery)

To protect the health and safety of our customers, employees and the public in general we will implement social distancing and contactless delivery in certain situations or when directly asked for as well. Here is an outline of our process and what we will continue to practice until the COVID-19 virus subsides.


We will keep our distance from you and your loved ones, as well as staying 6 feet from our own employees. (Employees will knock or buzz on arrival and when greeting will always maintain a 6-foot radius.)


Gloves and foot covers will be worn at all times when picking up or delivering a rug. (We can also cover our faces if the customer inquiries about it as well.)


We will not have any direct contact with a customer. (That means paperwork for any service completed can be done digitally.)


Once delivery is completed employees alike are practicing good hygiene techniques by sanitizing their hands in a 60% alcohol solution or washing their hands if a lavatory is available.


Signatures will not be necessary; a photograph of the service order will be taken instead showing proof of delivery/services completed.

Additional Delivery Team & Health Safety

Our main goal here at Khazai Rug Cleaning is to provide excellent customer satisfaction that’s why we are also implementing new safety requirements for all of our employees to protect our employees and customers alike.

All employees are practicing social distancing as well as washing their hands when exiting and returning to the store and using plenty of hand sanitizer as well throughout the day. All of our employees have not been anywhere outside the United States in the past 90 days.

We are also asking that if any employee exhibit any signs of sickness to please stay at home and quarantine themselves for at least 14 days. At Khazai Rug Cleaning we have the upmost concern when it comes to the health of the nation that’s why we are doing our part in implementing these new health and safety guidelines to keep everyone safe!

We strive to take care of any certain requests or questions you may have. Such as alternative delivery options or if you would like us to hold a completed order until a later date. It will not be a problem at all just give us a call or send us an email and we will do everything we can to accommodate every individual situation.
